7. Delivery and Timeline
While SattyBazz makes every effort to deliver the game within the agreed timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays. Final delivery will occur after completion of all milestones and full payment.
8. Refund Policy
- Refunds: Due to the nature of custom game development services, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun. However, if the project is canceled before development starts, a refund may be possible after deducting any incurred expenses.
- Disputes: If you’re unsatisfied with the final product, we will work with you to address your concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Liability
SattyBazz is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our website or the games developed, including, but not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or hardware damage.
